GGuest UserSet I. A perfect location for us as it is 200 yards from the station but only a five minute walk into town. The mini E we arrived to the minute we left the staff could not do enough for us, the manager led by example but I must mention Celline who went above and beyond. Spotlessly clean the rooms were big and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and would certainly come back and this hotel would be my first choice

GGuest UserWir waren zum zweiten Mal über Sylvester in diesem Hotel. Übernachtet haben wir in einem Familienzimmer, was zwei normalen Zimmern mit Durchgangstür entspricht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend geräumig und angemessen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Allerdings zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll. Um das Buffet ist dann sehr wenig Platz. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spielezimmer für Kinder und Pool-Bereich sind gut.

GGuest UserDie Anreise hat leider eher schlecht begonnen, da an der Schranke zur Parkgarage erst mal Verwirrung entstanden ist. Zunächst ist die Feuerschutztür zu, ein rotes Lämpchen leuchtet und die vielen Knöpfe am Gerät sind nicht beschriftet. Letztendlich gelang es mir mich mit der Rezeption zu verbinden, welche mir zunächst erklärt hat, dass sie mich nicht reinlassen können, da es ja keine Plätze mehr gibt (rotes Lämpchen ist dafür der Indikator - das muss man scheinbar selber wissen). Große Alternativen gibt es draußen aber nicht, da man sich direkt an einer Parkplatzlosen Straße befindet, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Letztendlich wurde ich reingelassen, und siehe da.....2-3 Parkplätze frei und noch 4-6 weitere Behindertenparkplätze. Schlechtes Management auf ganzer Linie! So möchte man nach einer langen Reise aus dem Ausland nicht begrüßt werden. Der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption, sowie die Bar, sehen sehr nett aus. Der Check-In erfolgt recht zügig und man kann sich schnell auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Mein Feedback bezüglich der Garage wurde allerdings beinahe gekonnt ignoriert, wenn auch angehört. Immerhin. Minibar gibt es keine, die darf man sich im Eingangsbereich selbst auffüllen. Da musste ich einfach nur lachen. Da kann man gleich mit seinem Rucksack zum Supermarkt gehen und sich alles billiger auf das Zimmer schleppen. Ich glaube das Hotel hat den Sinn einer befüllten Minibar auf dem Zimmer nicht ganz verstanden. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett, auch relativ ruhig, wenn man bedenkt in welcher Gegend man sich befindet. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber, auch optisch sehr nett dekoriert finde ich. Eine Freundin von mir hatte ein Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk. Leider kann man mit seiner Zimmerkarte, welche für den Lift notwendig ist, nicht in andere Stockwerke fahren. Super mühsam hier 3-4 Stöcke die Treppe auf und ab zu laufen. Dann die nächste Überraschung (auch wenn das eher ein ”erste-Welt-Problem” ist). Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher gesperrt. Ein kurzer Besuch bei der Rezeption sollte zwar für Licht in der Sache Sorgen, aber vielmehr schuf es Verwirrung, nachdem mir erklärt wurde, dass Netflix nur in den Junior-Suiten oder aufwärts freigeschalten ist. Das W-Lan ist zwar gratis Im ganzen Hotel (was bedeutet dass Netflix am eigenen Handy funktioniert), aber am TV-Gerät wird es bewusst gesperrt. Wo ist da die Logik? Der Essensbereich ist leider etwas ungünstig positioniert, allerdings war das Buffet ganz gut, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Auswahl. Nur die warmen Speisen könnten etwas wärmer sein, aber das scheint heutzutage in der Hotelbranche schon normal zu sein. Es ist am Wochenende eher schwer ein Platz zu finden, um 09:30 Uhr waren nur noch 2 Tische frei (bei mehreren dutzend vorhanden Tischen). Check-out war schnell und unproblematisch. Basierend allerdings auf den oben beschriebenen Erfahrung finde ich das Hotel zu teuer! 2 Nächte mit Parkplatz und Frühstück machten fast 300€ aus. Ich glaube dieses Hotel hat

GGuest UserStayed 2 nights while in Nuremberg at the Hampton and found it to be perfectly fine. It's a short 5 minute walk if that from the station past all the other hotels - Motel One , Leonardo, Novotel and Premier Inn so the area is well lit and very safe. The U2 train from the airport to Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof / station service is excellent. Checkin was quick and allocated room on the 5th floor facing the street - there was no noise during the night so the sound proofing must have been good. The room was a good size, compact yet functional. The bed was clean and actually very comfortable , nice and firm , I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fine, again it was compact but it did the job. Easy to use shower, toiletries fixed to the wall as seems to be the case these days. Towels were a little thin but that's a minor issue. Wifi was free and easy to connect , the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch and overall a pretty decent room , well appointed and clean. Wardrobe space was limited but sufficient for a short stay. The free Hampton breakfast wasn't too bad - as many Nuremberg sausages as you could eat with scrambled egg and some beans or potato squares. Nice selection of bread and pastries. The cold meat and cheese selection was poor quality but the highlight was the easy to use waffle maker , a hit with everyone. Machine coffee and juices were so so but considering it's a budget hotel it was better than I expected. The coffee machine is available all day long so grab a cup after a day sightseeing in the city. Staff were excellent , always cheerful and happy to help. A fellow guest wanted a 10 minute hard boiled egg as the ones in the buffet were only cooked for 6 minutes - not a problem ! The location is perfect , walking distance to the old town or the #8 tram to the rally grounds , a great budget choice if visiting Nuremberg.

GGuest UserWe booked a junior suite for our family. Room was spacious with necessary beds for accommodating all the guests. It had a balcony, clean bathroom/toilet. Room was clean with great air and light. It had an air condition which we could control to set our desired temperature. Enough toiletries available in the bathroom/toilet. There was enough storage space for the luggage and a refrigerator available as well. One TV with some channels available. Also, had a work desk, couple of chairs. In balcony there was a coffee table and couple of chairs where we could seat out and enjoy some food/drinks in the evening. You could make tea/coffee on your own. Breakfast in the morning was plenty and seating arrangement for COVID was well placed. Reception and staff were to the point and helpful. There is a nice bakery just opposite to the hotel and a very good Japanese restaurant within 3 minutes walking distance. We always had our night dinner from this Japanese restaurant. Location of the hotel is very good in order to travel to city center and all points of interest. We could reach in city center by a tram within 15 minutes. Hotel has a decent parking place. Lobby is big and one can get tea/coffee in the lobby any time. Hotel also has a bar where you can buy some beer or alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks. All in all we had a great stay for 4 days and very happy with our experience. I will recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we visit Nuremberg again.

GGuest UserA comfortable room a little further away from the city center, but still within walking distance of the historic center. A very nice service in the reception hall: homemade lemon water for those waiting at the reception - a very welcome relief from the summer heat! Unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning and with 38 degrees Celsius outside, staying in the room was still like going to the sauna. Despite the open windows, it was about 28 degrees until late at night. It's best to ask on your next visit whether the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms.

GGuest UserI had a single room, it was sufficient and modern . The bathroom was a little small . Priceful in the upper middle class. Very good are the isolated windows, they keep the noise from the train station very well. I would like to emphasise especially the friendliness of the staff at the reception! Breakfast ok, the tables a little tightly placed. For vegetarians there was even a lift, here would be more selection desirable.

GGuest UserI did not have a great stay here. I was stuck in a room with foreign construction workers. They would stay up until 1 AM with all lights on, chatting and talking to their family back home. They would then be up again at 5 AM cooking curry in the room. I think they had been living there for a prolonged period of time. The staff were very unhelpful when I asked to relocate, they refused to move me. As such I did not sleep for five nights. The woman on the desk in the morning would also disappear for about two hours every morning to go eat breakfast downstairs, no other staff member would be on reception in her absence. One morning I was waiting for her for about an hour and a half, other guests were also waiting, some even mistook me for being a staff member. The hostel advertised breakfast running until 10 AM, I went down at 9 AM one morning, I seen the reception woman there enjoying a large hearty meal, she quickly informed me that breakfast was over and that I could not get anything there (I had spent the previous 40 mins waiting to buy a breakfast token at reception, but again the reception woman was eating downstairs so I could not buy a token and I subsequently missed breakfast even though it was advertised until 1000 AM). Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

LligtourLow price, to the old city and the station 5 stops tram (6+5 routes), 1.7km or 4m tram just to the old city . From the airport on a single ticket for 90min to get to the subway U2 to the railway station, go to U1, go 1 stop by the subway, then walk 1.2 km or on tram #6 to go three stops. All dooally fast and on schedule. The room on 2h we had a big, teapot, refrigerator no, safe and feather is. Bed is white, towels are normal, in the shower dosage with gel. WI-FI stable, free. We walked all day, in the hotel only slept, breakfast didn't take, we all arranged, t. the price is low, and the hotel is decent. The hotel on a busy street, next to a bakery, donner-kebab, shop all 1 euro, 2 supermarket street. Recipe from 22.30 to 6 30 is not working, the card and key system through the terminal in tambura. You can smoke in the yard, from there you can go to the hotel at night, opening the door with your key from the room.

6602bjcAt about € 21 for one night in the single room and that in Nürnberg (proximity to the fair) you can't expect much and the demands are rather low. But the room was really clean, could well sleep in the bed - what more? I can also see a few limitations (bet lamp and mirror lamp at the washing basin both do not work, partly noise from other rooms, toilets on the hall not always clean). All is not a big problem, for €21 in the single room, I just think the room was really clean.
