Big disappointment for first time cruisers

I booked a Baltic cruise that included St Petersburg with Costa for June 2020, then Covid almost broked cruise lines, I had to wait 6 months to get a refund, then a new attempt with P&O Britannia last year but now without St Pêtersburg thanks to Putin, this time the line canceled with no explanation, so I made this final booking on Sky Princess. Boarded the ship no issues. Four adults three young kids 2 1/2 , 4 and 11. Cabin was fine. Clean ship with staff very friendly. Food was very good. Ferdinand in Soleil was great. Overall not too bad. Sky Princess was a Fantastic cruise. The staff were amazing and it’s so well run. Gigi was in charge of the bars and she was an absolute pleasure. She always had a friendly chat to us. The drinks and food were five star. We loved the Fyords, the views from our balcony were amazing. The shows were as good as West End shows. I cannot fault anything. From start to finish one of the best cruises we have been on. First time on Princess and impressed. Arrived at Southampton around 1100, 40 minutes later sat in the bar. All very quick and easy. Positives.Embarkation in Southampton was a breeze. The quickest we’ve ever joined a ship.
