@COSportsNut When you go into are Walmart the Xfinity people want to bombarde you with questions about what cable service you use . The minute you bring up Altitude they tell you it’s not their fault! We’ve used the same cable company for over 20 yrs. 1st one to get back altitude gets my $.

Hey @Xfinity @comcast— awesome the steps you’re taking to keep people connected. However, as a loyal 3+ year customer who just got charged more than double what I should have been charged and a 1.5 hour wait time for customer service. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed.

@Xfinity has the worst customer service. I was just trying to check on new charges and the people on the phone were not helpful at all. The “supervisor” said “I heard you were complaining about our data policy” her name is Lulu badge number 362161. @Xfinity do something please
