Hey @Xfinity - wanna explain why my internets been down all day? Said it would be back up by 1:30. Now it’s saying MAYBE by 12:30 am. I work from home AND run my side business. This no update, no reason and NO INTERNET thing isn’t okay.

Never in a million years did I think that changing my plan @Xfinity be this much of a chore and take two hours. And it's still not done because I can't speak to a human. Chat support is crap and calling customer service is $6 a call.

I like how my internet will be complete garbage and the moment I run a speed test it immediately goes back to working perfectly fine. As if comcast is throttling it on purpose and going "oh **** he's onto us" and flipping a switch when they see me run the speed test.

@comcast I have never been more disappointed and discussed with this company then I am right now. They want to charge me a late fee for one day late on my payment. I guess this new policy helps pay for all the people “under privileged’ who can’t afford to pay full price! Byte me!

Epic fail. Internet finally restored a few days ago after a week without after hurricane Ian. Today, an @Xfinity worker disconnected it, then left for the day at 2:30. Now we have no internet for the weekend. I work remotely. No work. No pay. 🖕🏻

Let’s screenshot this and check to see if that includes customers who weren’t down to begin with. We need to begin collecting data on which neighborhoods are still out and what the truth is.
